JOB OPPORTUNITY IN THE FRENCH ALPS!

WINTER 22/23 

 Sous Chef required for busy piste side bar and restaurant.

La Terrasse & Lodge du Village are currently looking for a sous chef to join our team.

Full and part time positions available.

-Candidates must have at least 2 years full time industry experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate competency and experience in the following areas:

-Working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen (serving on average 80 covers for lunch service /30 covers for evening service).

-Experience cooking a range of French/European and international dishes. -Food preparation.

-Awareness of current health and hygiene practices. (HACCP desirable)

–Working within a diverse team of multiple nationalities.

- You must have the right to work in France. (Be a French/European passport holder, have a valid carte de Séjour, or eligible for a work visa).

-English essential, French desirable but not necessary.

We offer a CDD contract, flexibility with working hours, the possibility of accommodation (if necessary) and the future potential of a year-round position (CDI contract) for the right candidates.
