  • As Souschef your objective is to maintain a great menu and You will be part of a team of three

  • you must be experienced in busy services with up to 150 covers per day


Responsibilities / main duties

  • Maintaining the presentation of dishes

  • Running own section

  • Helping with placing orders

  • Helping with Stock checks

  • Handling and checking deliveries

  • To ensure cleanliness of the kitchen at all time

Personal specification

  • At least 2 years' experience in busy kitchen enviroment

  • A fast pace and a cool head is required. You will receive multiple orders at any one time which can be stressful.

  • Must be a good cook, who is genuinely interested in cooking and serving people.

  • Basic French desired but not essential
