Spend the summer in the heart of the French alps in Chateau de Candie , Chambery.
We are looking for a full time or part time sous chef to work in our team for the summer.
Salary for full time would be £1600 to £2000 pm depending on previous experience
The full time position is 5 days a week with part time over the weekend (Friday/Saturday & Sunday)
Accommodation possible if required
Assisting in either Gastronomic restaurant (L’orangerie) or Bistro (La Cantine)
Includes Weddings and seminars plus 2 restaurant a la carte menus.
Immediate start – through to end sept with possibility extension
