La Taiga - Restaurant supervisor
To assist the restaurant manager and the bar manager to complete their objectives while keeping a high standard.
Responsibilities / main duties
- Serving customers
- Making sure food is sent from kitchen correctly
- Training and motivating your staff
- Taking/managing large bookings
- Helping managers with stock checks
- Handling deliveries
- Dealing with customer complaints
- cashing up
- Running the restaurant service on the restaurant managers day off
- Liaising with head chef and bar & restaurant managers
- Have previous supervisory experience and will be customer focused with a professional and approachable manner.
- You must be able to multi-task under pressure with conflicting demands and be a confident communicator at all levels.
- Conversational French preferred, basic French required
