La Taiga - Restaurant Manager
Working with operational management to ensure smooth running of this very busy ski resort restaurant
Responsibilities / main duties
- Serving customers
- Making sure food is sent from kitchen correctly
- Training and motivating your staff
- Taking/managing large bookings
- Taking stock checks
- Handling deliveries
- Dealing with customer complaints
- cashing up
- Managing restaurant supervisors
- Liaising with head chef and bar managers
- Have previous supervisory/management experience and will be customer focused with a professional and approachable manner.
- You must be able to multi-task under pressure with conflicting demands and be a confident communicator at all levels.
- Conversational French preferred, basic French required
