To ensure all self catered properties are run and operated smoothly on a weekly basis, working very closely with all of the management team to help provide the best holiday possible for all our guests. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for our self-catered portfolio, from communicating with owners to ensuring consistent high standards from the cleaning team, and liaising with guests to deal with any issues.
The role is diverse so a degree of flexibility will be required. Great communication and organisational skills, delegation and time management are all very important attributes for the job. The successful candidate will also be able to speak French at an intermediate to advanced level.

Ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with all of the management team to help provide the best holiday possible for all our guests.
Be the main point of contact for the seasonal cleaning staff. Manage and coordinate a cleaning rota for the team, anticipating and preparing for busy periods in advance.
Help out with cleaning on busy changeover days, and during the week as required.
Use initiative and discretion to solve problems on the ground, seeking advice from management team where appropriate.
Delegate tasks to maintenance coordinator and other ad hoc staff as required, liasing with the management team to ensure clear communication.
Maintain relationships with property owners, anticipating their needs during visits to resort and keeping records of chalet specific requirements.
- Intermediate to advanced French
- Great time keeping, and self-management
- Previous administrative and line management (min 2 years) experience
- Organised, efficient and a strong communicator
- Full clean driving license (min 3 years)
