We are looking for our Head Chef in Alpe d’Huez in the French Alps.
The role is in a moderate size kitchen where the chef will work alone preparing a cooked breakfast for the hotel guests. Besides breakfast, the Chef will also be responsible for preparing dinner which will consist of a set buffet menu for hotel guests as well as helping with deliveries.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team, preparing quality meals for our buffet service for breakfast and dinner. As with all kitchens, the work can be demanding and you’ll need to be dedicated.
ALL candidates must have previous kitchen experience. You must also be hard working, enthusiastic and adaptable.
UK National Insurance number and EU passport are essential.
