A Typical Day in the Job
A typical day would involve preparing a cooked and continental breakfast for the guests before they go skiing and then baking cakes or biscuits for afternoon tea. In the evening our guests are treated to a superb 4 course evening meal starting with cocktails and canapes follow by starter, main, dessert and a cheesboard of selected local cheeses. As a mid range company our food standards reflect this and we have a reputation of producing excellent quality meals.
You will also be responsible for planning the menu at the beginning of season and food ordering and budget control.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have proven experience catering in a profesional kitchen either hotels, restaurants or several previous seasons. We are looking for experienced individuals who can manage the budgeting and food ordering.
UK NI number and have worked in the UK
UK bank account
EU passport - we can not accept working visas
All successful applicants must either hold a food hygiene and allergy awareness certificate, or be willing to complete these prior to their start date.
